Submission of financial documents, application details, or deal parameters does not constitute a loan offer, commitment, or guarantee of financing. Approval decisions, loan sizing, loan-to-value limitations, interest rates, and capital distribution timelines remain under the exclusive underwriting discretion of participating lenders.

Indicative quotes, loan terms, and interest rate estimates are subject to market conditions, lender policies, and formal credit approval. Brokerage success fees, origination charges, third-party due diligence fees (including appraisal and environmental reports), and closing costs are formally disclosed in writing within respective broker agreements and loan closing settlement statements.
A lender or funding provider may request separate authorization to obtain credit reports, verify income or business revenue, review bank statements, confirm property information, or obtain other financial records.
